La Roche Posay Anthelios Uvmune 400 is a high-protection (SPF 50+) sunscreen formulated for facial use. It protects the skin from both UV-A and UV-B rays and also provides antioxidant support against free radicals. It has a moisturizing base and leaves no sticky residue after application. The formula contains several UV filters approved by the European Union, including ethylhexyl salicylate, ethylhexyl triazone, bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, and butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane, which absorb UV radiation to enhance protection. Additional filters such as drometrizole trisiloxane and terephthalylidene dicamphor sulfonic acid are also included. Moisturizing agents like glycerin and caprylyl/capryl glycol help maintain the skin's hydration balance.
