If you found an error

This is the most valuable report we can get. If a sentence on an ingredient page contradicts its source, overstates it, or is simply wrong, write to us. Draft texts are prepared with AI assistance, and that is not always flawless.

A report resolves much faster when it includes: the address of the page, the sentence at issue, and, if you know it, the source the correct version rests on.

Where a report turns out to be right, the page is corrected and its updated date changes.

Missing ingredient or product

If an ingredient or product you looked for is not on the site, tell us. For a product, a barcode or a readable photo of the ingredient list can be processed directly.

Not every ingredient gets a page: where we hold no verified regulatory record for it, we do not produce one. That is a deliberate limit, not an oversight.

Brands and manufacturers

If information about your product is wrong, write to us to correct it; a readable photo of the label or the official ingredient list is enough.

The assessment itself is not negotiable. An ingredient’s status rests on the decision of the regulatory body named on the page and is not changed in exchange for payment, partnership or advertising.
